After many promises, government now says the E-Procurement system will come into force this month. Accountant General Lawrence Semakula, says that 10 entities will take part in the pilot including Ministry of Finance, UNRA, KCCA and PPDA among others. He was speaking during the induction of the new PPDA Appeals Tribunal, at the Ministry of Finance in Kampala.
