Long-lost footage from Andy Warhol’s Factory surfaces

Long-lost footage from Andy Warhol’s Factory — featuring Lou Reed, Diana Vreeland and Paloma Picasso — has finally seen the light of day.

The film was shot by Warhol assistant Ronnie Cutrone, who left it to photographer Roger Moenks in his will before he died in 2013. Moenks screened it Friday for a VIP panel for George Wayne’s podcast, “Georgie Whirl.”

The footage also includes John Waters, Mick Jagger and an X-rated scene of artist Victor Hugo.

“It’s insane stuff. It’s the Holy Grail of Warhol arcana!” Wayne said. “Not even the Warhol Museum bigwigs have ever seen this footage.”
