Jobs have been saved following the sale of a West Yorkshire party supplies wholesaler out of administration.
David Willis and Phil Pierce, partners at business advisory firm FRP, were appointed as joint administrators of Shipley-based Iparty Ltd on 4 March 2020.
On appointment, the joint administrators completed a sale of the business and assets of the company to Party Centric Ltd.
All employees were transferred across to Party Centric Ltd as part of the sale.
Iparty supplied party supplies and greeting cards under a range of brands.
The business was established in 2015 following the sale of part of the Regent Greeting Cards business out of administration.
