POLICE have uncovered a cannabis factory at an ordinary house in Banbury

Officers raced to Cromwell Road in the early hours of yesterday morning, at about 3.45am, after reports of a disturbance.

Oxford Mail:

Cromwell Road. Google Maps.

But when arrived nobody was there.
