Dialog expects supply chain to be back to normal by the end of the month

Output at Dialog’s main foundries is currently at 50%-60% of capacity, said CEO Jalal Bagherli (pictured) as staff return to work after the New Year holiday extended by the coronavirus. There is no evidence of backlogs suggesting weak demand, he said.

“By the end of March we should be closer to 100% capacity,” said Bagherli.

Dialog had Q4 revenues of $381 million, down 12% year on year after its PMIC business was transferred to Apple. Gross margin was 50%. It expects Q1 revenues of  between $220 and 250 million
