DORMONT, PA – A new suite of offices has opened in Dormont geared toward people either working at home or in a shared office environment that now are ready to expand into a private office suite. Workspace Factory is located at 3229 West Liberty Avenue above Katana resturant.
The suites range from $475 to $800 per month and include all utilities, high-speed internet,
24-hour access, a shared conference room, shared kitchen, commons area with couches, private phone room and garbage removal. Owner Len Lachina said there are no hidden fees.
There are nine suites, each designed to be expanded into a second suite if additional space is needed.
