Plumbing & Electrical Wholesalers (P&E Wholesalers) has opened its doors in Lydenburg to serve contractors’ and retailers’ needs.
Situated at 14 Breytenbach Street in the Lydenburg CBD, the store officially opened its doors on October 6.
Everyone enjoyed the opening ceremony, with most of the products on display and gifts galore. The store also runs promotions weekly in their “Bargain Corner”.
The success and launch of this business is a clear testament that working together as friends can enrich and help one another achieve their goals.
P&E Wholesalers started off as a friendship between Sylvia Scharbanti and Alfred Wilsenach.

Scharbanti, one of the directors, phoned Wilsenach, for some plumbing and electrical advice at her house.
A friendship started during their conversations.
“Afterwards, the idea of opening a wholesale shop started. With over 35 years of experience in the electrical and plumbing wholesale industry, P&E Wholesalers can offer you best service and quality products.
“Florence Nkosi is a director and a long-time friend,” said Scharbanti.
Nkosi said, “We have a common goal in this business, and that is to provide a quality service to our clients. We are looking forward to supplying Lydenburg and surrounding areas with their plumbing and electrical needs at wholesale prices.”
