GEORGETOWN — While installing pallet cabins is one component of addressing homelessness in the county seat, services to assist their occupants with self-sustainability are another.
Springboard Collaborative’s pallet village is on course, with cabins scheduled to arrive Monday and the facility’s opening slated for early November, said project co-founder Judson Malone during Monday’s Town Council meeting.
