Rising Prices and Supply Chain Issues Cause Rise in Real Estate Litigation

South Florida is seeing a rise in litigation as inflation continues to cause problems in the construction industry via supply chain disruptions and rising prices for materials and insurance.

That’s according to attorney Erin Bohannon of Levine Kellogg Lehman Schneider + Grossman in Miami, who says delays are causing problems.
