Amityville Industrial Building Sells For $7.35M

J&M Real Estate Lam’s Group LLC, a New York City based real estate group, purchased 10 Ranick Drive South. The entity is registered as a distributor of Asian food products, Long Island Business News said.

The property consists of a 43,500-square-foot building on 1.4 acres.

The buyer, which does business under Lin’s Waha International Corp., is relocating from Syosset, Long Island Business News said.

The Amityville building also has two loading docks and two drive-in bays, as well as 16-foot and 20 foot ceilings.

The Town of Babylon Industrial Development Agency recently approved economic incentives for the company to renovate the property, but the purpose of the building remains unclear.

It had been occupied by E-Clips USA, a wholesaler of school and office supplies, Long Island Business News said.
