Bercman Technologies : AS Bercman Technologies signed a distribution agreement with Greek infrastructure company

Estonian technology company AS Bercman Technologies (hereinafter“Bercman“) signed a distribution frame agreement with Greek infrastructure engineering company Eur.ELEC LTD (hereinafter “Eur.Elec“) for joint operations in Greece.

The framework contract covers the period 2022-2027. Under the terms of the framework agreement, Eur.Elec will be entitled to represent Bercman in Greece for five years.Eur.Elec will work to increase sales of Bercman’s smart safety systems in the local market. The framework contract does not foresee fixed budgetary or sales volumes.

Road fatalities in Greece are among the highest in the European Union, and although they have fallen significantly over the last decade, the number is still above the European average. We have excellent cooperation with Eur.Elec and Bercman’s smart safety system has already been successfully implemented in procurement projects for smart mobility in Greece. This summer, Greece opened a national smart city programme with a total budget of €230 million and together with Eur.Elec we’ll build innovative infrastructure solutions under this programme.”
