Supply chain digitalization increases risk of cyber attacks

 

French reinsurer Scor SE said that concerns of cyber attack on supply chains are mounting as more companies digitalize their operations, Reinsurance News reported. Scor said that most of the recent high-profile supply chain attacks were probably performed for cyber espionage and hence had limited economic impacts, but the attackers could eventually launch financially motivated attacks too.
