Empire Equipment Co., based in Raleigh, North Carolina, has acquired Pacific Marketing Associates Inc. a wholesale distributor of commercial foodservice equipment based in Hayward, California, for an undisclosed sum, according to a press release.
The company now has seven distribution locations throughout the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, Southwest, West Coast and Pacific Northwest.
PMA has provided wholesale distribution capabilities for over 70 years throughout the West Coast and Pacific Northwest markets.
