Miami, FL, July 8, 2022-Happy Floors, a designer, importer and distributor of premium ceramic and porcelain tile headquartered in Miami, Florida, is opening a 144,000-square-foot distribution center in Goodyear, Arizona.
Though Happy Floors already has a national footprint, the new facility will allow the supplier to grow its presence in the West, says senior vice president and general manager Peter Pasterski.
“We have added additional sales team members in the West to help support the growth,” he says, pointing to new staff in California, Idaho, Utah and New Mexico.
The new distribution center, which will carry Happy Floors’ entire product offering, will also allow for service within three days countrywide, he notes, adding that it will also mean less breakage because product will not be traveling from Miami to California.
A soft opening is planned for August, with a grand opening in September.
