Ljubljana stock exchange indices go down, Salus leads losers

LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), June 15 (SeeNews) – The two share indices of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) lost 0.12% each on Wednesday, as pharmaceutical products wholesaler Salus [LJE:SALR] paced the decliners, bourse data showed.

Salus’ shares went down 2.78% to 1,400 euro on Wednesday, LJSE data showed.

At the other end, chemicals producer Cinkarna Celje [LJE:CICG] paced the risers, with shares gaining 3.23% to 320 euro. The company was also the most liquid company on the bourse on Wednesday, generating a turnover of 315,954 euro ($329,700).

The blue-chip SBITOP index ended at 1,146.84 points, whereas the SBITOP TR index, which also tracks dividend distribution, finished at 1,362.78 points on Wednesday.

The bourse’s total trading turnover fell to 1.1 million euro on Wednesday from 1.16 million euro on Tuesday.
