An industrial property in Brentwood has sold for $18.15 million.
Bridge Logistics Properties purchased the 83,000-square-foot building on 4.89 acres at 355 Crooked Hill Road.
The property is currently occupied by S&S Sports, an apparel and footwear wholesaler and distributor. The company, under the entity Giapreet LLC, purchased the Brentwood property in 2020 for $9.875 million. It had formerly been owned by Petland Discounts, which closed in spring 2019.
Bridge Logistics plans to make improvements to the property once S&S moves out within the next 12 months.
Jason Miller and Jeffrey Schwartzberg of Premier Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer, as well as the seller, Giapreet LLC, in the sales transaction.
