Telles has reinforced the administrative and public procurement team, led by Pedro Almeida e Sousa, with the integration of Filipa Matias (pictured).
The new associate at Telles holds a law degree from the Lisbon University Law School, a post-graduation in public procurement law and practice from the Portuguese Catholic University Law School and a master in law and legal practice – specialisation in financial and tax law from the Lisbon University Law School.
