Hyderabad: Officials informed CM that the yasangi paddy procurement is picking up pace with the required gunny bags. Hamali and transportation facilities have been arranged at the procurement centres. 6,983 procurement centres would be established, of which 536 have already been opened. The paddy procurement has started in 32 centres and 1,200 metric tonnes have been procured. The Telangana State Civil Supplies Corporation obtained ₹12,000 cr loan for the procurement.
