Croatia’s Jadroagent to pay further 50 kuna (6.6 euro)/share in dividend for 2021

ZAGREB (Croatia), April 11 (SeeNews) – Croatian freight forwarder Jadroagent [ZSE:JDGT] said on Monday it will distribute a gross divided of 50 kuna ($7.2/6.6 euro) per share from its net profit for last year and from previous years, following an advance payment of 30 kuna per share in January.

Record date is April 21, ex-dividend day is April 20 and payment date is April 26, the company said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse after its annual shareholder meeting.

The company’s net profit last year totalled 8.5 million kuna.

The shareholders decided on Monday that part of the dividend, 4.3 million kuna, will be paid from retained profits from previous years and 1.3 million kuna will be paid from the 2021 profit.

The rest of the 2021 profit will be retained. In 2021, the company paid an advance dividend of 30 kuna plus dividend of 40 kuna from retained profits from earlier years. Its net profit in 2020 stood at 6.7 million kuna.

The company’s shares traded 0.65% higher at 1,560 kuna on Monday afternoon on the Zagreb bourse.
