DC Direct has unveiled its latest DC Designer Series batch, which are available for pre-order through Entertainment Earth. These gorgeously crafted resin statues of iconic superheroes and villains are inspired by classic comic book issues, or otherwise feature an unforgettable character design that any aficionado would recognize.
Now managed by McFarlane Toys, DC Direct is dedicated to producing statues, busts and plastic figures of various DC legends. They have a wide range of branded lines, including the aforementioned Designer Series as well as DC Bombshells, Batman: Black & White and Harley Quinn: Red, White, & Black. This new set of statues is particularly special, seeing as there have only been 5,000 pieces crafted of each design, with each base being individually numbered at the bottom.
