American building products distributor SRS Distribution has promoted Mike Hertel as Director of Fleet Operations.
Mr. Hertel joined SRS in 2017 as Regional Fleet & Safety Manager and most recently, he was Corporate Fleet Manager until February 2022.
Besides other management positions, he has also held fleet management roles for freight and package transportation company LSO and Stock Building Supply, both based out of Austin, Texas.
Founded in 2009 and headquartered in McKinney, Texas, SRS Distribution specializes in the distribution of building materials such as roofing and other construction related products. According to the company, it is the fastest growing distributor of building products in the United States.
