Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service statemen
Five fire engines from Hyndburn, Blackburn, Burnley, Darwen and Leyland, and a water bowser, an aerial ladder platform and a drone, attended an incident on Balfour Street in Great Harwood. The fire involved approximately 800 wooden pallets and were extinguished using two breathing apparatus, one ground jet, smalls tools and handheld jets. Crews currently remain in attendance.
