(1)The Board of Directors reserved to distribute the 2021 employee
   compensation amounted to NT$203,960 all to be paid in cash.
(2)If there is a discrepancy between the amount of employee compensation
   to be allocated and the original estimated amount, the difference shall
   be accounted as the profit and loss of 2022 according to the change
   in accounting estimation.
