More employees have signed onto a lawsuit brought against a Mayfield, Kentucky, candle factory.Eight people are now suing the company claiming they were not allowed to leave even though they knew the dangerous storm was heading their way.It also claims that the factory did not have enough space for them to properly shelter and safely take cover.When the lawsuit was initially filed, the company’s CEO said he was hiring an independent team to review the actions of managers and employees leading up to the storm.
