Hours of Operation
In order to better serve our residents, departments located in City Hall operate under a 9/80 schedule, to allow extended business hours. City Hall is open from 7am to 5pm, Monday through Friday (closed every other Friday).
Departments such as public works, utilities, engineering, and municipal court operate 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday.
Public Safety (police and fire) operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

Self-serve Utility Payment Kiosk
The self-serve payment kiosk is located outside the main entrance of City Hall and is available 24/7, 365 days per year, and allows residents to pay their City services bill (water bill).
