Topping Out: Stanley Residential in Aurora

Facebooktwitterredditlinkedinmail

Alliance Construction Solutions (Alliance) has made significant strides in constructing the new Stanley Residential, a 5-story, 168-unit complex positioned next to the Stanley Marketplace in Aurora.

On February 16, 2022, the construction team, project stakeholders, and other members of the public gathered for a topping out ceremony to celebrate the completion of the building’s structure. This marks the completion of the base structure and the finalization of the roof on the building.

“It’s rewarding to see the progression of the building and celebrate this milestone,” said Alex Landis, project manager for Alliance Construction Solutions. “The Alliance team, along with Westfield Development, Shears Adkins Rockmore and the subcontractor partners have overcome adversity in a construction market that is anything but normal. Material management, procurement and logistics pose challenges we’ve not encountered before and we’re proud of the way this team has pulled together to overcome these obstacles.”

A collaboration between Westfield, Shears Adkins Rockmore (SAR+), and Alliance – the 190,000-square-foot project will provide two 4-story buildings and include 168 Class A apartments with a boutique approach to amenities targeting the workforce housing demographic.

This project is slated for completion in October 2022.
