Legion Technologies, whose software helps companies maximize labor efficiency while increasing employee engagement, has appointed Amer Moorhead as senior vice president and general counsel.
Moorhead, who brings more than 22 years of experience to Legion, will be Legion’s first general counsel and will lead the startup’s legal, intellectual property and corporate functions.
