(IARN) — Hong Kong imports roughly 4,000 live hogs daily from China.
The region’s fresh pork supply, however, has been cut in half, due to African Swine Fever. A U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF) representative speaks to expanded opportunities for U.S. chilled pork in Hong Kong.
