Supply Chain Upgrade Plans: Just 29% of Retailers Satisfied With Automated Forecast Processes

Many retailers are ready to modernize their supply chains, particularly after the disruptions of the past two years. Just 29% of retailers are currently satisfied with their solution’s automated forecast processes, while 50% are planning an upgrade or have a budgeted project. Another 52% are interested in upgrading their network cost modeling capabilities.

Additionally, 53% of retailers are looking to improve their current demand vs. forecast analysis and re-balancing, which can help them be more responsive during times of change — an important consideration given the recent ups and downs of inventory availability.
