Kyrgyzstan to fully switch to e-procurement

AKIPRESS.COM – The new draft of the law on public procurements envisages full transition to electronic procurement, said the Cabinet of Ministers.

Transition to e-procurement will be made by electronic signature through the conclusion of contracts in electronic format (smart contracts) with its further web portal administration.
