Ellen Ann Needham
Clovis – Ellen Ann Needham, 71, of Clovis, NM, passed away peacefully on January 13, 2022, full of her family’s love.
Ellen was born in Salem, MA on January 23, 1950. Her greatest joys in life were being a mother, Nana and Wife.
Ellen was married to Ronald Needham of Springfield, Illinois on January 19, 1978, in Las Vegas, NV. She spent most of her life working a career she enjoyed and providing a loving home raising her three children then doting on her grandchildren in all ways possible. Ellen retired in 2010 from the 27th Special Operations LRS as Chief, Material Management Flight from Cannon AFB.
Ellen will be most remembered for being a loving, caring and strong woman. She endured much over the last 13 years, but it never took away from the woman we have all known and loved. She was an animal lover, dogs in-particular, and always had more than one. She took joy in road trips, card games, bowling, and the beach.
Being from Salem, MA she would travel as much as she could to visit family and lifelong friends. Ellen most recently took a trip to visit family for her dad’s 98th birthday enjoying every minute spent returning with new and exciting stories. She had the gift of gab and could turn a 10-minute visit into a 2-hour good-bye.
Ellen was predeceased by her mother, Stella (Nekolopolous) Foustoukos and her husband, Ronald Needham.
Ellen leaves behind her daughters, Lisa Michaud, and Melanie Lotz both of Clovis, NM her son, Ronald Needham, JR, and special son-in-law; Clint White, and she will forever live in her grandchildren and great-granddaughter.
Ellen is survived by her sister; Christine Nelson and brother-in-law, Steve Anderson of York, Maine, brother, Ted Foustoukos and sister-in-law Holly Gagne of Salisbury, MA, and her father, William Foustoukos of Salem, MA. Ellen also leaves behind many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends that she adored.
