Mountaineer Food Bank loaded food Friday morning in the parking lot of Linda K. Epling Stadium for the Veteran’s Table to Food Giveaway.
Ron Hedrick, who organized the food bank distribution to the general public in Raleigh County, reported Friday that Mountaineer Food Bank’s distribution to veterans served 200 cars on Friday.
“With the price of food, it will continue to grow,” Hedrick said. “But what a blessing it is, to help our veterans.”
