Troutman Pepper Defending Haggar Menswear Brand From Florida Factory Outlet’s Unpaid Rent Claims

Lawyers at Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders on Monday removed a breach-of-contract lawsuit against Dallas-based menswear brand Haggar Clothing Co. to Florida Middle District Court. The suit, filed by Barnes & Thornburg on behalf of Gulf Coast Factory Shops Limited Partnership, accuses Haggar of failing to pay $100,377.54 in rent and other charges in accordance with a retail lease. The case is 8:22-cv-00014, Gulf Coast Factory Shops Limited Partnership v. Haggar Direct, Inc. et al.
