JUST THROWING CAUTION TO THE WIND UNTIL THINGS HAVE GOTTEN A LITTLE BIT MORE PROGRESSED GOVERNOR HUTCHINSON CHANGE THE PUBLIC HEALTH DIRECTIVES INTO PUBLIC HEALTH GUIDELINES FRIDAY, WHICH MEANS BARS AND RESTAURANTS WILL NO LONGER GET FINE FOR THINGS LIKE HAVING TOO MANY PEOPLE IN A DIDN’T BAR THE GOVERNOR SAYS HE BELIEVES ARKANSANS WILL STILL FOLLOW THE GUIDELINES AND THEY WON’T CHANGE THEIR BEHAVIOR, BUT THE OWNER OF PINPOINT SAYS MANY CUSTOMERS THINK BUSINESS CAN GO BACK TO HOW IT WAS PRE-PANDEMIC THE LAST THING THAT ANY BUSINESS OWNER OR EMPLOYEE WANTS TO DO IS FIGHT WITH CUSTOMERS. SO, YOU KNOW, PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL IF THERE ARE SIGNS THAT SAY WAIT HERE WAIT THERE IF THERE ARE SIGNS THAT SAY KEEP YOUR MASK ON KEEP YOUR MASK ON COUNT SAYS BARS AND RESTAURANTS WANT BE OPEN TO 100% CAPACITY MORE THAN ONE, BUT THEY STILL CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS HEALTH AND WOULD RATHER BE SAFE THAN SORRY. YOU’LL STILL SEE A LOT OF BUSINESSES TRYING TO FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES BECAUSE WE DO STILL NEED TO KEEP PEOPLE SAFE. THERE IS STILL A PANDEMIC GOING ON. IT’S JUST A BIT OF A RELIEF THAT BUSINESSES WON’T BE BLAMED AND PUNISHED FOR THE BEHAVIOR OF CUSTOMERS
