COVID Exposure at Delaware County Old Bat Factory

Officials in the Delaware County Health Department say they were informed by their counterparts in Broome that a resident employed by the Old Bat Factory Mobil Mart in Hancock has tested positive for COVID-19.

The worker was at the former Louisville Slugger bat factory-turned-deli/gas station November 13 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday, November 14 from 5 to 11 p.m.

Anyone who was at the deli at those dates should self-monitor for symptoms through November 28.

Health officials say patrons should contact their healthcare provider should they develop symptoms.
