Empowerment Factory will host scavenger walk Saturday

PAWTUCKET – As part of its 4th annual Healthy Living Community Event, The Empowerment Factory will host a Scavenger Walk on Saturday, Oct. 17, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., at Elizabeth Baldwin Elementary School, 50 Whitman St.

The event will feature 17 art installations along the walk. The artwork was created by youth from the Empowerment Factory’s Creativity Contests. By scanning the QR code near the art and answering the questions students will be entered to win prizes, including a grand prize of a Chromebook. The first 100 children that register for the event will receive goodie bags. There will be sidewalk chalk painting, along with many other activities.
