Fashion designer, Nicole Miller, is teaming up with longtime tech partner, New Generation Computing, Inc., which provides cloud-based solutions for product life-cycle and supply chain management to streamline product development workflow and improve supply chain visibility. The deployment of NGC’s Andromedia PLM technology comes as the fashion retail house aims to expand into new markets and categories, according to a press release.

“After six successful years working with NGC, it was an easy decision to upgrade to Andromeda PLM to support our growth plans,” said Estelle Rose, CFO, Nicole Miller, in the release. “We have continuously benefited from NGC’’s expertise in the fashion industry and its robust solutions designed for our industry, and we anticipate additional improvements in productivity and efficiency throughout our global supply chain.”

NGC Andromeda PLM provides one platform for all product life-cycle management-related elements including planning, merchandising, design, costing, sampling, quality and sourcing, and integrates closely with Nicole Miller’s existing ERP system, according to the release.
