NEW PARIS, Ind. (WNDU) – In Elkhart County, nearly 70 people will lose their jobs when Merchant Metals in New Paris closes.
The facility on County Road 23 will close on March 20. The closure is expected to be permanent.
A total of 68 employees will lose their jobs and none of them is represented by a union.
