5,000 Square Foot O-Ring Distribution Facility Proposed For Brick Street in Gloucester City

On October 19, 2022 at 7:30 p.m., the Gloucester City Planning Board will hear the application of Jonathan Cuccinello for site plan approval allowing for the construction of a 5,000-square-foot facility for the distribution of O-rings.

The property is located at 19109 Brick Street and across from Vitale’s. It is also known as Block 126 and Lot 3 on the Gloucester City Tax Map.

O-rings are made of pliable material, as rubber or neoprene and used as a gasket.

The property been subdivided. On May 19, 2021, the Gloucester City Planning Board approved the minor subdivision via Resolution R. 014-2021, effecting the formation of two lots designated as Block 126, Lot 1 and Block 126, Lot 3.

Tax records show that the property last sold for $100,000 on July 15, 2021.


The Applicant will also seek relief from the Planning Board for any other variances, either use and or bulk, and or any waivers that may be required or requested.

The hearing will take place at the Police Administration Building at 313 Monmouth Street.
